The first stage of ITAS implementation involves a detailed system analysis of the current system, be it manual or computerised. Hivedome will understand exactly what the requirements of the client are in terms of management information. Each function within the organisation will be studied and understood.

Once a detailed systems analysis is done, Hivedome will proceed with re-engineering the workflow through the company. Emphasis will be placed on removing redundant data input, auditing input in order to rely on output and reallocating job functions throughout the organisation.

Once the workflow trhrough the company has been engineered to take full advantage of the efficiencies offered by ITAS, ITAS Group Functions and Company Functions will be set up by Hivedome. The setup of these functions will reflect the new organisational structure.

Having completed the above, Hivedome will offer training on ITAS and supervise the operation until a complete switch over from the old system to new has taken place.
