Contract Administration
ITAS handles all aspects of contract allocation, shipping/chartering, applications for letters of credit, quality control, etc. All trade related invoices are logged or produced (but not booked). These invoices are checked by the system against relevant data previously entered. E.g. shipping invoice against freight estimates entered by traders.

Stock Control
Very sophisticated stock control options are available in ITAS. These include administrative paperwork like auto insurance declarations, cost control on warehousing, storage, movements etc. Management of stocks also includes flexible packaging units maintenance (tonnage, bags, pallets etc). Physical stock gain/loss is also tracked.

Product Processing
The system can also handle the processing of raw material to finished products. Stock unit conversion factors can be incorporated into the system for automatic calculations of volumes or units. Shrinkage's or gains from expected values are recorded and handled systematically. (Sugar refining and repackaging, cocoa grinding, cereal production etc).
