ITAS is a fully integrated, multi-company, multi-currency trading, administration and accounting system. The integrated nature of ITAS allows all input to be automatically available to all users. This automation allows all departments to maintain real-time administrative and planning control over their area of responsibility.

Resource allocation done with up to date data, for example LC requirements, financial obligations, credit extensions etc, minimises dislocation and risk to the company's operations.

Data flow and near real-time data consolidation provides management with up to date decision support and status reports. Reports can be modified to suit management needs.

ITAS trading system begins with the creation of a contract. ITAS then automatically creates the relevant accounts, documentation and notification updates to other users.

All users can check on operational and other status in all functional areas. This activity is controlled strictly by the ITAS administrator.

ITAS is Windows based and compatible with either Microsoft SQL or Oracle database storage solutions.

The ITAS interface presents a series of programs grouped according to the criteria of complementary functions and organised to best reflect their role within the whole of ITAS for any particular company.

The first division is high level and separates groups of programs into Group Functions. The next level comprises individual Company functions. These functions are the cornerstones in the control and use of ITAS, and are best illustrated in a product demonstration.

Once both Group and Company functions have been defined and maintained, ITAS is ready to use.
